Eligible returns of products purchased on www.wmshoe.com should be made by mail. Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.
